Janet Clark is a Personal Injury Lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in standing beside injured Queenslanders when they need it most. Raina Jeon was born and raised in South Korea. She moved to Australia in 2015.

Raina has 15 years of experience working in Customer Service and Administration. She also has experience working as a Car Insurance Administrator at an insurance company.

She has a Diploma in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism.

Her main focus is on providing the absolute best quality services to her clients. She is kind, thoughtful and compassionate and is very dedicated to her clients.

Raina is fluent in English and Korean.

Jamie is a Compensation Lawyer who completed her Bachelor of Law degree at Chung-Ang University in South Korea and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Bond University.

Born and raised in South Korea, at the age of 14, Jamie spent a few years in the United Kingdom and New Zealand, demonstrating a great degree of resilience and adaptability.

Jamie is a firm believer in quality, respect, trust and getting the job done first then partying later. Jamie is highly motivated to observe what the client’s needs are and listen to their ‘wants’.

Jamie has expertise in the areas of compensation law, TPD claims advisory, workers’ compensation regulatory & advisory and property damage. She is also developing expertise in employment law, focusing on discrimination, bullying and harassment, and Modern Award and enterprise agreement coverage.

Jamie is bilingual in English and Korean.

Jenny was born in South Korea and was raised in Australia since childhood.

Jenny studied Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) at Queensland University of Technology in 2016.

Jenny has 15 years of experience in management and customer service roles. Jenny’s experience allows her to understand client expectations and strives to meet their needs with a sensitive and understanding approach.

She strongly believes in respecting clients and providing the best quality assistance according to their needs with honesty and empathy.

Jenny is bilingual in English and Korean.

Before pursuing a career in law, Sarah worked as a Radiation Therapist providing compassionate care to patients undergoing complex medical treatments. Her clinical background gives her a unique understanding of the physical, emotional and practical challenges people often face living with their injuries.

She is currently a final year Law student and working as a Paralegal.

Sarah is committed to providing thoughtful, empathetic support throughout the legal process. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic and genuine passion for helping others enables her to provide practical assistance and contribute to the team’s delivery of client-focused outcomes.

Rowan completed a Juris Doctor at the University of Melbourne and brings a background in professional journalism to her legal practice. Prior to law, she worked as a journalist in mainland China and Hong Kong, developing strong skills in research, analysis and clear communication under pressure. During her legal studies, she gained practical experience across multiple community legal centres and commercial law firms, building a broad foundation before focusing on personal injury law.

Rowan is a fluent Mandarin speaker and has a working understanding of Cantonese, allowing her to work directly with Chinese-speaking clients and ensure they are fully informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Drawn to personal injury law by a commitment to access to justice, Rowan understands that clients come to the firm at some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She takes care to ensure each client feels heard, understood and confident in their matter. Her approach combines attention to detail with genuine care for the people she works with.

Keera brings nearly 10 years of experience in customer service, client support and coordination across a range of industries and multicultural environments. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Chiang Mai University and is currently completing an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management in Australia.

Before joining the legal industry, Keera worked in project coordination and international client services. She also managed an au pair consulting service in Thailand, assisting applicants with documentation, interviews and overseas placements. These experiences strengthened her organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to guide people through unfamiliar processes with clarity and patience.

Having lived and worked in Thailand, the United States, Sweden and Australia, Keera brings a strong cross-cultural perspective to her role. Additionally, as a native Thai speaker with professional English communication skills, she helps Thai-speaking clients understand the legal process, express their concerns and remain informed throughout their matter.
