Having a Korean heritage, growing up in Canada and studying law at Bond University in Australia provides Rin with a unique experience and perspective which greatly assists her clients in achieving a successful result.

James completed his legal studies at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), graduating top of his class with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours). In recognition of his exceptional academic performance, he was awarded the prestigious KG Copp Memorial Prize, which is conferred upon the graduating student who achieved the highest grades across the degree.

James is a dedicated legal professional known for his tireless efforts, compassion, and personable approach. Raina Jeon was born and raised in South Korea. She moved to Australia in 2015.

Raina has 15 years of experience working in Customer Service and Administration. She also has experience working as a Car Insurance Administrator at an insurance company.

She has a Diploma in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism.

Her main focus is on providing the absolute best quality services to her clients. She is kind, thoughtful and compassionate and is very dedicated to her clients.

Raina is fluent in English and Korean.

Jamie is a Compensation Lawyer who completed her Bachelor of Law degree at Chung-Ang University in South Korea and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Bond University.

Born and raised in South Korea, at the age of 14, Jamie spent a few years in the United Kingdom and New Zealand, demonstrating a great degree of resilience and adaptability.

Jamie is a firm believer in quality, respect, trust and getting the job done first then partying later. Jamie is highly motivated to observe what the client’s needs are and listen to their ‘wants’.

Jamie has expertise in the areas of compensation law, TPD claims advisory, workers’ compensation regulatory & advisory and property damage. She is also developing expertise in employment law, focusing on discrimination, bullying and harassment, and Modern Award and enterprise agreement coverage.

What truly inspired Walun to work in the personal injury field is his commitment to helping people receive fair compensation for their claims, particularly those in ethnic and disadvantaged communities. He vividly remembers his early days in the field, notably an instance where he helped a minor brain injury client who was on the verge of giving up return from their home country to Australia to fight for their claim, and as a result he obtained a significant settlement for that client. This, of many experiences, coupled with his unique multicultural background including his Thai and Chinese heritage and education at Bond University (Juris Doctor) on the Gold Coast, makes Walun an emphatic and effective advocate in his field.

Jenny has 15 years of experience in management and customer service roles. Jenny’s experience allows her to understand client expectations and strives to meet their needs with a sensitive and understanding approach.

She strongly believes in respecting clients and providing the best quality assistance according to their needs with honesty and empathy.
